Why did I not receive a confirmation?
Our system is sending you a confirmation within few seconds. If you should not receive it, please check your Spam. If there should also be nothing, please send us an email to webshop. @ ridersonthestorm.com
May I also order by phone?
Generally, it's also possible to place an order by phone - but we don't have any call center and as we are only a small company, we may not always be available. Furthermore, we can't offer you all methods of payment on the phone.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payment in Advance, Online Bank Transfer, PayPal, Amazon Payments, Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, Amex), Purchase on Account (by Transfer or SEPA Direct Debit Scheme)
When do you ship my order?
Generally, we ship your order at the same or following day.
Which carrier do you use for shipping?
We ship by DHL.
Do you also send by express service?
Yes, but only on enquiry and only within Germany. If you wish to receive your order by express delivery, please give us a short call: +49 (0)30 54 000 88 - 18.
I specified a wrong adress - how can I correct it?
As long as your order has not been shipped, you may change your adress by phone: +49 (0)30 54 000 88 - 18.
The article, I've ordered, is too small / too large - how can I change it?
Please return the article that you want to change within 14 days after receipt and enclose a short message, which size you want to have instead.
How can I return some article / my complete order?
Please send us the articles that you don´t want within 14 days after receipt and we will refund you your payment rapidly (approx. within 3-5 days).
For shipments within Germany apply the follwoing terms: the right of return is about 14 days. Please check your ordered goods immediately after receipt.
Costs of shipment: the costs of returns for articles with a order value up to 40 Euro, have to be paid by yourself. For order values above 40 Euro, as well as for defective or unordered goods, we will send you a label, so that you can return the goods without charge. If you should chose another way of shipping and not use our label, the costs have to paid by you. Therefore, please refrain from sending us any not prepaid shipments.
For international returns you have to cover the costs for the shipment by yourself - depending to the dimension and weight of your parcel. For further informations and prices please contact your mail service.
Please note also that we can’t offer an exchange on returned items from international orders, but you can send something back for a full refund and then place a new order for the size, colour or item you’d prefer.
How fast do you reply to enquiries?
We try to answer you within 24h - with the exception of the weekend: in that case, we will answer you at the latest on monday afternoon.
